Delivery

1. Order processing

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods (sales, Christmas, new launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.

2. UK delivery options

  • Standard Delivery: typically 2–4 working days from dispatch.

  • Express Delivery: typically 1–2 working days from dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, but most orders arrive within the timeframes above.

  • Free Delivery on orders over £50 to Mainland UK (1–2 working days).

3. Shipping charges

  • Current shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on your order value, weight, and delivery location.

  • Any promotional offers on shipping (such as free delivery over a certain spend) will be clearly advertised on our website and may change from time to time.

4. Delivery areas

  • We currently deliver across the UK; some remote areas, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may have longer delivery times or different services.

  • Certain large or bulky items may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge; if this applies, we will notify you before dispatching your order.

5. Couriers and tracking

  • We use reputable UK delivery partners such as Royal Mail and national courier services.

  • Where tracking is available, we will send you a tracking link or number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received your dispatch email.

6. Missed deliveries and incorrect addresses

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave a card, send a message or attempt delivery again, depending on their policy.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate; we cannot be held responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may charge an additional postage fee to resend it.

7. Delays, loss and damage in transit

  • Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as courier issues, adverse weather or peak‑season volumes.

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details so we can raise a claim and put things right.
