Design features

Toward the front, the geometry shifts into a chain-mail pattern of rings and milling cuts, creating an interwoven grip zone that gives your finger a solid, comfortable place to throw from.

Structure & Strength
Runstel is the mythical foundation metal, engineered with discipline for balance and dependability. The Damascus pattern lasered finely on the barrel acts as a subtle grip enhancement. A torpedo profile concentrates the mass up front, the tapered nose keeps the lines clean when fighting for space in the triple bed.
Design features
From the tail, wide rings deliver a solid, confident grip, broken up by shark cuts that keep your throw in position without needing to look down. The grip transitions forward into a rolling shark, less aggressive under the thumb and designed to absorb impact. At the nose, tighter rings and shark cuts combine to stop fingers slipping onto the point, giving you a secure front hold until release.

The midsection is machined with deep cuts running over spiked "knuckles," completing our Galea gauntlet grip pattern. Consistent rings run through the tail to finish the design. The result is three distinct grip sections, a barrel that will sit comfortably in your hand regardless of finger placement. Warrior Evolution
Awe describes the feathered, tufted decoration on a taiaha's collar, a weapon Māori have crafted over the generations. Signifying strength, power, and influence, Shot commissioned master carver Whare Thompson to design this stunning Awe, with its tattoo sleeve that wraps around the dart, finely laser etched. The barrels feature a double-toothed ring grip and taper from the center to the tail end, giving an assured, front-loaded balance. Choose the Warrior, and unleash the power within.

The Awe's torpedo shape is perfect for players who grip at the front. A short nose with .5mm grooves is followed by a double-toothed ring grip machined along the barrel. The design has a rear taper, which aids the balance at the front. Wide smooth rings are added between each band on the tail section, resulting in a less aggressive grip. This set has a cinder grip in a tribal design, adding superfine traction and control.

(Bull noses are traditionally very flat or short; this nose is less severe and longer with a small taper). The front has two grip sections for the player to customize finger placement. The rings are wider from the center to the tail, maximizing the traction.
