Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes you can order online for UK delivery, with the option to visit us in Hull City Centre if you prefer shopping in person.
How long does delivery take and how much is it?
Delivery times and costs depend on your order and shipping option; the checkout will show the available choices before you pay.
Can I collect my order from the Hull shop (click & collect)?
Yes customers can order online and pick up from Bond Street in Hull (HU1).
What’s your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, email us at info@ontheochedarts.co.uk with your order number and the reason for returning the item. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
How do I choose the right darts (weight, grip, barrel shape)?
If you’re unsure, we can help you narrow it down based on your throw and preferences and you can also try darts in-store on our professional-standard lanes.
Do you sell flights, stems, points and other spares?
Yes we stock a wide range of accessories like flights, stems, points, cases and dartboards so you can keep your setup fresh.
Do you stock top darts brands?
Yes we stock major brands including Mission, Winmau, Target and Harrows, alongside plenty of accessories.
Do you stock fixed flight systems like K-Flex?
Yes we’ve stocked the newest K-Flex and other fixed flight systems.
Can I book a practice lane in-store?
Yes lanes can be booked by the hour, and you’ll need to bring your own darts (or buy a set in-store).
