Returns

1. Introduction

We want you to be happy with your purchase from On The Oche Darts. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be able to return your item to us, subject to the terms below.

2. Your right to cancel (online orders)

  • If you purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations).

  • You must notify us within this 14‑day period that you wish to cancel and return the item.

  • Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us in perfect, unused condition with original packaging intact.

3. Returns – general conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned directly to the shop (in person or by post) – not to any third party.

  • Items must be in perfect, unused condition with undamaged original packaging and all components included.

  • You must include your name, contact details and original order number or proof of purchase with the return.

  • You are responsible for all return postage costs.

4. Items that cannot be returned

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items (for example, engraved darts or custom flights).

  • Items that, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once opened and used (for example, used stems, used darts that show clear board marks).

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.

5. How to return items

All returns must be sent directly back to the shop:

Please:

  • Package items securely so they are not damaged in transit.

  • Use a tracked/recorded delivery service if posting items, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

  • Keep your proof of posting and tracking number.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If items are in perfect, unused condition with undamaged original packaging, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • If items show any signs of use or damaged packaging, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

7. Exchanges

  • If you would like an exchange (for example, different weight darts), please tell us when you return the item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If we cannot offer an exchange, we will process a refund instead (subject to condition requirements above).

  • You are responsible for return postage costs and any additional postage for the replacement item.

8. Faulty or damaged items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description (and, if possible, photos) of the issue.

  • We will repair, replace or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act. You are still responsible for return postage costs.

9. In‑store purchases

  • For items bought in‑store, returns and exchanges are offered at our discretion in addition to your statutory rights, and may be subject to proof of purchase and the condition of the goods.

  • Please speak to a member of staff in the shop and they will be happy to help.
